My spiritual journey began at 15 with Kundalini Yoga. After an ectopic pregnancy, I turned to non-invasive healing and became a Reiki Grand Master in 2009. Over the years, I experienced deep spiritual shifts through yoga and energy work. To deepen my practice, I trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Akashic Readings.
